So you are saying used practice socks are better then Schneider? - Leafsfan9329
No just trying to do you a favor! |

He's so fast if he could finish every time he would be lethal. It's kind of funny how you see defenseman give up chasing him bc they know they won't catch him.... - ECHockey20
It's not just that. He is dynamite on the PK to. He was awesome in the first meeting with his active stick.

Schneider for Dipietro and then the Canucks would have the 2 worse contracts ever signed. - Leafsfan9329

"I'm currently chasing a hot rumor about a Western Canadian team honing in on an impact forward from the New York Islanders". EK
We have an impact Forward??????????? - SCLI
The Islanders were 3rd in the NHL in goals like two days ago. They have a lot of impact forwards. |

Isles fans are pretty grumpy today most of these trades being tossed out aren't serious so don't take them that way and to make some of you feel better how is this one Martin for Eberle |

None the less paying someone 4.5 million to play in the minors is what it is, ridiculous. In no way defending DP's contract Luongo's is certainly more viable. It's like a Leaf fan calling another team bad which I see all the time on here. It's quite funny, I think most of us get a kick out of it. |

I didn't see the rest of the thread, just the one post, that is all I was responding to.
I understand what you're saying.. I do a lot of head slapping seeing trades that are thrown up here by my fellow leafs fans. |

John Tavares is impactful and plays forward. - Leafsfan9329
Yea but he aint going anywhere!
But seriously. Aside from JT and Moulson. Who's an impact forward on the Islanders?
Grabner? Certainly not Kyle Okposo.

I think you are underestimating the chemistry between Grabner and Raymond. - fiveandagame

All fans overestimate their players value for the most part. Some alot more than others |

I'll post it on this new topic:
It amazing me how many people are on here daily, hourly, or hitting refresh every 5 seconds to see anything new that Ek post. Yet this same people have the gall to say that this website sucks. I gotta ask, if it sucks so bad, why are you here? Because everyone else is?
So you take advantage of the forum aspect of the site, which you apparently MUST love, but still complaining and STILL here.
Thats like a eating for free at a restaurant every single day, but complaining nonstop about the food.
I lurk these forums all the time, because even if everyhing is false, its still FUN to see the rumors, the blogs from everybody, the interesting comments. I can't stand people complaing about free stuff, but still sticking around because they want more.

The combination of their speed would be deadly, no doubt. But to think we'd include a guy like hamonic and nino in that trade would be absurd. |
