I think Vandy will clear.
I hope this is in preparation for bringing Schroeder up.
Nice call in carrying 9 D, AV. That really worked out well... - Fosco

Need a D and the waiver wire is SUPER THIN. Which D would you grab in a points league?
A. Souray
B. Kaberle
C. Robidas
D. Zidlicky
E. Brewer
F. Girardi - As_I_See_It
Souray and Kaberle are injuries waiting to happen.
I like Girardi, and Brewer (if he sticks on the PP) |

Better Keep both those goalies, in a sprint like this there is no room for 4 game losing streaks. that being said, Corey will be just fine once the rust wears off - billyberg10
The thing is , of the years left on Luongo's contract, only about 3 can be considered peak. His value will diminish after this year no matter how well he plays. |

Eager is lucky then. Imagine if he landed 4 or 5 |

That's crazy.
We couldn't possibly get a handle on Luongo's value until we have his Stanley Cup Finals ring appraised. |

I'm including his previous fights and if one punch gives you two gashes, I couldn't imagine Eager being able to go toe to toe with him. |

I'd still prefer if Kassian didn't make a habit of fighting goons. If he's to be a permanent fixture in our top 6 then he should only fight 1st or 2nd liners. Eager is a waste of time. |

How good is Brayden Schenn anyway? I watched parts of the PHI-PIT game and saw he laid down some heavy hits but not much else. It's one game of course. I'm just curious because he was touted as the "best player not in the NHL" a couple years ago and seems to have been outshone by Couturier and to a lesser extent Read. |

" With about six minutes to go, Ales Hemsky beats Luongo with a wrist shot. This one was on Bobby Lu all the way. Hemsky is a good player, but there is no way a wrist shot, that a goalie can see, should ever get in from there. "
He clearly fakes 5 hole forcing Lu to close the gap before he beats him upstairs. |

Actually, I thought it went beside it. I didn't think it was a great goal, but having played net I know how it goes. Hemsky's fake forced Lu to commit, It wasn't the worst goal out there. |

At least he has good vision. You might as well try him now and get him some experience. Ebbet did make that one nice pass to Kassian. |

Too good to be included in a trade for Lu.
Although maybe I should stop trying to predict what Philly would do for a goalie. That's getting into the truly unpredictable. |
