Out of all the waiver wire guys... Hickey will probably be the only one that will play games for the Isles.
The rest will be in Bridgeport during the rest of the season.

Islanders may put in a claim for Bobby Butler #RW Devils just waived.. #Snow is a #Wildboy with that waiver claim button - Vukota
Maybe he's sleeping the past two days and keeps accidentally rolling over onto the waiver claim button... |

I think they all have to be on the Isles roster for 30 days before being assigned to Bridgeport otherwise they go through the waiver wire again. This is why I'm perplexed by how many they've signed. 30 days this year is like half the f'n season! |

Prediction: I think Snow might run a couple of the players he picked up through waivers this week before 5pm today. Alot of teams are struggling to get to the 23 player limit so they'll pass...and then he sends them to Bridgeport... |

Everybody else is trying to get to 23 so I'm pretty sure most of those guys could pass tomorrow and if they don't oh well. I 'm looking forward to seeing Hickey tomorrow night |

Who knows. I'm sure we'll find out soon there had to be a reason he was a high pick. Again if he sucks no biggie he can't be any worse then what I'm watching now |

Hickey was the one pickup yesterday I really liked. The kid has decent skills and is young enough that he's still very much in developmental stages (age 23). |

WoW! Another great day on HB! Sorry I missed it.
I heard on NHL Radio today that Subban is now asking $6 Million Per yr and Montreal is offering $3.5 Million.
I would love to have Subban but not for $6 million over 6 yrs and Four First rd picks!

that's definitely Weber territory, and anything less and I think Montreal matches. |

Whats funny about all of this, is that i consider myself an above average fan when it comes to hockey knowledge. Am I alone here in the fact that I dont know a single waiver pick up the isles have gotten (minus Aucoin)?? - kindlyrick
its disturbing that im very familiar with all of them, I don't love finley but the others can flat out play and can contribute...they are better than some of the crap we have had here..ie eaton jurchina sim rolston etc |
