I think Garth knows he has to make something happen this year. He said it was a 5 year plan.. and he is in the 5th year. Given the lack of respect shown to him by other team's players and GMs.. the whole eddicate nonsense is out the window.

Is it just the players at camp in the scrimmage? I thought I read somewhere that the Isles were going to play against Bridgeport. That'd be interesting, especially if the Isles went with DP in net to give Bport a chance. Although, Tavares would have a field day with Bport's D...

There is no argument against this kid. The only reason to not make him an offer is because they dont wanna spend. This kid is the real deal. He's someone you build your d around.

Nah, if it's BPort's normal lineup, they'll never get out of their own zone. Trust me, their D gets pinned down for long stretches by some AHL teams' fourth lines. I'd love to see how some of the forward prospects stack up against NHL d-men though.
