Perhaps but closest team to Winnipeg in the East is Toronto....1500 km's. So every team that comes into Winnipeg is travelling a good distance. At least the Jets can go on a road trip down the East Coast and only have one long flight.

Jets will finish ahead of Toronto and Montreal based on Talent. They will miss Bogosian for the first month though.
