I wish him well. By all accounts, he's a good guy who has just sucked monkey nuts during his time here. No reason to hate him, just don't want him around my team.

So you consider last season a 'normal' one for him, do you? He's had a number of seasons with over 50 assists. Why not use them as a reference point? Likely it would be somewhere between the two, of course. Maybe I'm just a-wasting my time responding to flippancy. See ya.

Let's be honest, we all believe he's going to go somewhere else and be better than he was in Mtl.

The last year he had 50 assists was 2007-08.. so yeah last year is his new normal. Jagr , Gomez and Drury were the leading scorers on that Rangers team.. A LOT has happened since.

yea, this is pretty accurate. I predict 30 points this year for the devils. If he goes to a team with depth, he will make an excellent 3rd line center as he is responsible in his own end.

50 is the limit.....buying out Gomez now might allow them to sign Kristo once his season is over and that will make Pecafanfan VERY happy.
