You my friend are the one and only person that has that view, hey good on ya, that's positivity! The guy's shoulder is done, you might get 60 games out of him. The cap hit is 5 regardless. It's not that they couldn't have signed him, it's that they have lots of talent up front, and that money could have signed a high level defenceman, of which they desperately need at least 2 of to reach the next level. Hey, the Oilers are way ahead of the Leafs, no doubt, but if they screw it up (which Lowe has been stellar at in the past) then it won't matter.

Really good defensive games, a bit of a throw back. Hawks couldn't stop the run, but a good game. If I was a 49'ers fan I'd be more worried than a Seahawks fan, they don't look as dominant as predicted.

They were pretty dominant in the second half but I am worried because of the stupid play calling on offense. The Run has always been the bread and butter of the 49ers. Last week they through the ball 40 times against the Giants and got crushed.

Last night they had a 1:30 left in the 2nd quarter, Ted Ginn Jr. returns a punt for 38 yards basically to the 50 yard line and then the 9ers throw the ball 3 times in a row.

They should have run the ball, A couple of running plays and they could have easily been in range to at least attempt a Field Goal.

Anyways the division is better and I never get mixed into the hype of what a team should be like before the season starts. The 9ers have had games that they were dominant this year and then games that they weren't Vikings and Giants game.

Most important thing is they won a division game and made the Seahawks 0-3 in the Division which if i were a Seahawk fan I would be concerned about because right now they lose the tie breaker against the rest of the teams in the division


They will be a tough team though, I just hate Pete Carroll and that no integrity Wide Receiver that is on the team Golden Tate.

Oh and don't forget to thank the replacement refs for the 4-3 record instead of the 3-4 record.

Hey Robin is Edmonton getting ready to lynch the Oilers owner? I read the article on TSN this morning about City Council cancelling the deal for the new arena because of the Oilers owner demands.

I don't think he's used to having his dealings done in the public eye cause he's certainly not very good at the pr side of things.

If Katz really wanted to piss off the city council, he should take a trip to Toronto, and go drive by the Markham arena site. The Toronto media will eat it up, he'd have all the media following him without having to ask for it
