The smaller markets are rejoicing. If you owned Columbus and were hemorrhaging 25 million a season, a cancelled season saves you all that money. It's the teams in the middle who are actually working hard to turn a red ink ledger into a profit that are getting antsy. Teams like St. Louis, Carolina and Buffalo.

Teams not playing are losing money. THey are obligated for building leases, whether they play or not, coaches and GMs salaries, development expenses for their minor league affiliates, and they're still paying on their debt. It isn't all slap happy for them.
