What about the fact that Quebec has been getting 2.5 times the return on every dollar back from the Canadian gov't for decades? What happens when that ends? What happens when the Native Americans take back their resources that you have conveniently counted as yours, what happens when companies decide it's not worth the headache doing business in Quebec and pull their offices out?

A lot of abouts....

No not at all... but when you count your assets to talk about what you would have if you separated you really can't count things that you don't actually own, if that is the case I have amazing collateral when I go to the bank.
