I called my banker earlier today and told her to recalculate my debt differently so I could solve it quicker.

Because those assets bring back more than what they cost yearly.

Besides, our credit grade is AAA, there's no hurry to pay the debt in one shot.

The company that grade state's (Standard & Poor's for example) credit know we have those assets and can pay the debt one shot, if we ever really were in deep, but I mean deep poop.
