An extra goal per game would have made us the top scoring team in the league by a big margin! Even last season the habs ranked 19th in goals for which isn't terrible and 11th in goals against. They aren't even in the bottom third in either category which shows you how unlucky they were, losing a ton of games by a goal. With the additions and the return of both Markov and Gio hopefully they can find a way to win those close games. For a team that finished last in the east their record is deceiving considering how many games they had a chance to win.
