Could be just Jordan....but with them both playing on the same team and likely the same line now ....they are either both going to get points or not get points. Eric Staal has had three below average years (50 points) out of the last 5 years.

Even if he did, bringing up point totals is a horrible argument because Staal would be brought for his defensive abilities, not to lead Canada in scoring. Although, Jordan Staal has proven to be a clutch performer and score when it matters.

I assumed he had some off years and went to verify by looking at his stats....I looked at the PIM column of his stats by mistake. I was wrong....It seems an off year for Eric Staal is 70 points.

The difference between you and I though is that I admit when I'm wrong. I don't go into hiding or try to twist things around to pretend that I was right all along, otherwise known as an UGism.
