Philadelphia doesn't have to make a move until the lockout is resolved, nor should they. Lilja might be out until December, but that might be when the league resumes play, so it could be a blessing in disguise. Way to soon. Nothing to see here. And again, if they're looking to fill a gap, Andrej Sekera and/or Jordan Leopold are probably #35 and 72 respectively on their list of desirables.

the NHLPA's leverage will be in December, when they can drag their feet and the NHL is anxious to not have to jeopardize the winter classic.
Lilja should be ready to go at the "start" of the season.

This is getting to the point of insanity. Garth is making so many posts about so many things he is actually making me want a lock out so he won't post.
There should be a limit on how many posts a blogger can make per month and they shouldn't be able to edit them either.

It's not really a bad blog though. At least it's not about Doan. He does have a point. Philly is really starting to hurt on their back end.
I do think, however, that the situation may not be a dire as he makes it out to be since there is a possibility of a lockout or at least a shortened season.

But he already wrote the exact same thing when the Meszaros news came out last week.
Sabres are definatley looking to use their depth on D to get help up front. Sabres are looking to trade and DO NOT want to be done. Sabres have also had talks with Philly about Sekera. nothing serious, not close, just talks. Ryan and Gagner remain very much on Darcy's radar.
Sabres have the best offer on the table for Ryan. Sekera is on the block with teams interested

Leaving out the hashtags and the user names do not make it less obvious that you're getting this from twitter.
Care to elaborate on how any of this makes you feel? Any opinion on the rumors that are out there right now?

So, it's even more relevant now that they're missing yet another guy. It's relevant to us because we have so many assets on D. It all ties together. - HonkFortheGoose
That other guy happens to be Andreas Lilja...I heard they are planning on paying a pylon 600k to fill the void

Maybe you should take your own advice. All I'm trying to do is help. Giving some advice. If you don't want to take it, fine. But people are just going to keep giving you a hard time about the fact that all you're doing is regurgitating information that's 1. Old and 2. You can't be bothered to actually have an opinion about.
