oh boy if we're going to talk all time history I need to bring up Wendel Clark. Miss that guy. He did it all for the Leafs! - Hockey_Hoser
I loved Clark, but he played in the same era a Neely and and I would take Neely over Clark in a heartbeat. |

Best Power forward of all time: Mark Messier!
Best overall on your list - Iggy
Best current - Ovy or Luc - Iggysbff
Typing that name could get you permabanned in a Canucks thread |

Ok so may not be the 90 pt guy anymore but I would expect at least 70 for being a first line center. +/- stat very misleading. Anaheim sucked last year which could explain a poor +/-. Which zone is he taking the majority of his draws? I'd be interested to see his CORSI. - Hockey_Hoser
I guess Anaheim was -27 as a team last year. I would too though i'd assume it would be relatively average, because he wouldn't be relied on to play a defensive role. As for corsi, anaheim as a team was 23rd at -286 |

I hear ya...Neely was a beast too. But I'm biased and Clark is my all-time fav. So here's my deal for you...you take Neely on your team and I'll take Clark! |

Deal. The Neely trade is still the worst in Canucks history. |

Yah he didn't work out too well for you guys, but you still cant deny it.
He was the best leader in the game, every one feared him on the ice, tough, mean, could score, fight. Best Ever. I like Neely and Clark but no question best ever: Messier. |

Ya I'm just joking but he's definitely got the potential. I don't see anyone in the league with his mix of size, vision and hands. I'm happy he's trained as hard as he has this offseason. He spent a lot of time with the Sedins before they left and the twins are workout freaks. Every year they come first in fitness testing. - Boinker
Kassian: vision? Hands? From the time he was with the Canucks, I think not. He might have potential but it has yet to be seen in any way. I doubt he'll even make the Canucks this upcoming season, although I hope he does develop into something positive. |

I think when Chris Stewart gets going he is one of the best PWF in the league. I remember a year or 2 ago when he was arguably the best PWF and I think if he has a year in which he produces up to his potential it would be bad news to any team he's playing against |

All time? Recent history at least...Cam Neely. - cryptical77
Arguably yes.
Bad Knees meant he didn't have the numbers or staying power.
Someone else mentioned Gordie Howe. Inever saw gordie in his prime but yes, he is the all time ultimate power forward.
They don't call it the Gordie Howe hatrick for nothing.

Not sure i could chose between the two players honestly. Sounds odd coming from a hab fan, i liked both players. |

after seeing the one we call by no name listed here...I must agree. But THN only has him listed as #2....behind guess who? Food for thought.

Benn? He's not the best now but definitely top 3-5, and I think he could be number 1 this time next year. A lot of hits and fights and can deke his way out of a phone booth. Bloodied iginlas face , one punched E.Johnson and laid down malkin and emediately fought/pooped on Kennedy. |
