On WGR 550 they just said that Doan will start fielding offers from other teams in the next 24 hours as ownership group failed to close out a purchase. Doan is looking for a 4 year 30 million dollar offer.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling if the Sabres somehow sign Doan, they'll be more willing to give up Ennis in a package to get B Ryan. Not saying I want that to happen, just a thought.

My only reservation about us making that offer is Ennis isn't done yet. Otherwise I know full well Terry will be in for that offer.
