He also said Ennis deal is DONE..

he said that Ryan to Buffalo was almost done a few weeks ago..

He said that Preds told Holmgren that they wanted both schenns and 2 1sts otherwise they would match the offer sheet.

I agree that he has sources and gets things right. As far as rumor mongers go, his % is really high. But I don't accept that everything is right. Again, he's worth following.

How we could have gotten him for Ennis, Pysyk, and a 2nd is beyond me if that is their asking price from Boston.

Lets break it down:

Bruins- The bruins GM a couple days ago said in a press conference: The Bruins DO NOT want to blow up the roster and Lucic / Kreji will not be traded. Plus the Bruins right now have 200K in salary cap space. Kreji / Ryan have basically the same salary

So hockeyinsider rumor = fail

Flyers- Read / Mezeros / 1st - the Ducks want a schenn or Sean Courtiour. The Ducks GM isnt an idiot. He wont get low balled for Bobby Ryan!

So hockeyinsider = not fail but VERY unlikely the flyers give up key young players on there roster. The educated guess is the offer he tweeted.

Plus post weber offer sheet the flyers GM had a press conference. Go listen to it. He likes his current roster with his young players.

I just don't get it... either Anaheim holds Pysyk in REALLY high regard.. or they do just hate Boston...

I honestly say this team would be better with Grigorenko or Girgensons at center with Ryan as a winger.. than it would be as it is now with neither Grigs or Girgensons on the team..

AT THE SAME TIME... I will say that Ryan is a 30/30 player with Getzlaf and Perry on the same line.. that is his limit then.. he will not play with that much talent in buffalo.
