You know what? I answered this earlier with another post and after thinking about it. Yes. "one game time decision"(wasn't game time he was clearly put injured on the bench before the game started )actually does put the whole rebuild down the poopter. How (frank)ing ridiculous is it to have an injured goaltender on the bench when you have a goaltender on the ice who is crapping the bed(giving up seven goals)!!!! You don't think the rest of the league(FA's included) doesn't look at ridiculous shat like this and scoffs? It's a (frank)ing joke. It makes the team look like a God damn ridiculous bunch of clowns so the answer to your question is YES!

Interested to see if the NHL will find a way to bail them out with some sort of nonsense if/when they don't reach the floor? Forget about Doan, Nash, Parise, Suter, Semin, etc... Looking forward to see how our GM can reach the salary floor! Islander fans=easily entertained

Instead of raising the cieling cuz more revenue means players should be paid more and allowing teams to stock up on stars, something the NHL doesn't want but does a poopty job enforcing, why not raise the floor?

Not to worry about the cap floor....in the end, they'll sign a player or two who has no other option....that's fine with me....as long as they learn that if the player can't play, they should NOT play- no more Rolstons. That's why you have extra roster spots.
