haven't backread but do you guys think maybe the Flyers put getting Weber off by a year or two with all that has happened? Looking at this Nash situation I believe its still possible to get Weber down the road. |

I think Enstrom and Yandle move the puck better than anyone we have. My opinion of course. - stveshdy
Would you trade Read, Mez and a 3rd rd pick for enstrom?

On the Flyers...
Yes they have lost out on another free agent, but the one thing that remains constant is this. Flyers fans know their team is ALWAYS in the game. The Flyers aggressiveness makes for a fun ride and this summer's ride isn't over yet. The Flyers may not have gotten Parise, Suter, or Weber...but they did all they could to make sure no one else in the east got them as well. They have put more over 1/3rd a BILLION dollars on the table this month and gotten nothing...Meanwhile the Rangers have grabbed Rick Nash. It isn't a question of "if" they will respond, it's a question of "how and when?"
Per EK.
I would have to agree with his statement. |

Timonen in his prime is better then both of them. Maybe not now.

I think they give him a Nmc Ntc or they are going to have an ugly situation...hope when he does ask for a trade that there is only one team on the list. |

HEre's another thing Flyers fans need to remember, big offseasons don't guarantee cups, in fact we should know this better than anyone. Everyone is looking at the polish of this Nash acquisition, but the Rangers lost a little spit too. With that style of play they implement lets see how it works out for them.

Offensively, I'd say Yandle and Enstrom are better. But not all around then Timonen. And Timonen isn't what he used to be.

Phils score 6 in the 8th to win 7-6. The Core can do it. The most important trade deadline and off season in long time. |

Torts and Nash are going to mix like oil and water...I think they will have a rift by December |

One thing I learned this offseason, pretty much Coots and B. Schenn are untouchable along with G. I certainly expect big production from both players this season. Wouldn't mind seeing Voracek signing a multi-year deal.

I'm expecting that it'll work out just fine. Terrific move by the Rags. |

I though the question asked about puck moving defenseman? I think both of those guys skate and move the puck better than Timmonen right now, imo. |

Is Enstrom, or Bogo who's been mentioned earlier, available at this point? |

Ok. I trust your opinion. Looks like there will have to be minor moves at this point on the blue line. I'm not seeing value for a top tier guy and w have 8-9 good/above average to average guys. |

Doubt Bogosian is. Enstrom is due to be a UFA after this year. So maybe not now, but maybe during the Season at the deadline.
