Awesome, thanks! - funmaster18
German friend - So what are we doing today?
Funguy - I don't know. Let me ask my friend Jack.
German friend - sounds good. Who is Jack? I never heard you mention him before.
Funguy - well, he is from hockeybuzz. And he had some great suggestions.
German friend - ok. What's hockeybuzz?
Funguy - A site run by Ek.
German friend - who is ek?
Funguy - a fictional hockey dude.
German friend - ok. cool. What's Jack's last name?
Funguy - Meoff.
German friend - so I came all the way out here and we're basing our plans on your friend Jack Meoff on some fake guy's website?
Funguy - correct.
German friend - ok. cool!

Glad you didnt take offense, just messin - aosplayo
It's important to take into account the following:
1. Poster's precious posting habits and history
2. Number of smileys/lol's listed
3. We're just here to enjoy ourselves (most of us)

And the difference between the Rangers being in the top 10 in the NHL is shots per game is how many shots? 2 shots! Gaborik scored 41 goals playing for the Rangers last Season. Obviously the opportunities are there.
Your first link is an estimate. And also where the author included players in the AHL and IHL. Who are far lesser talented players then a Nash is.
Your second link looks at players who are in their mid to late 30's. If Nash was in that age group, I'd say he's past his prime. But he isn't. - MJL
however, if you look at the graphs, it's clear that scoring drops precipitously at about age 28. |

Among others, the Canucks GM was right about them matching.
He is a right handed defenseman with a big shot, Flyers had no chance at this from the start. |

I don't know why people are upset. Homer took a shot. He was giving up 10 or 14. Good for him. I got poop to do tomorrow anyways. Glad I dint have to sit on phone |

i don't think it was a pipe dream. i'm simply saying that holmger himself is unhappy with getting 3 stiff arms in a row, not that he's unhappy with the team or that the d isn't solid. |

For the average player. Nash is not the average player. He is an upper echelon talent.

I'm glad we didn't lose any of our young players, but damn it would have been awesome to have Weber. I'm disappointed, but happy to know he's remaining with Nashville and not going somewhere else in the Atlantic. |
