Horses champ at the bit (play with it with their lips and tongues when they are nervous or excited) they do not chomp at it (because they have no teeth where the bit fits). It's one of those things that makes me nuts. Like a former asst who used to say "It's either feast or phantom." Or Ant saying "I had a pit in my stomach."

Since we're correctings things: Does anyone the difference between "then" and "than"? I've seen things like "Schenn is better THEN Coots" It's "THAN Coots"! Than is used in comparisons. Notwithstanding my prissy then/then criticism, I just love the fact that we've turned "offer sheet" into a verb. Weber was "offer sheeted". So cool!
