With Ken Hitchcock being the newest former Columbus Blue Jacket to join the Hockey Hall of Fame, the question shifts to will Rick Nash become the first ever inducted member to be a part of the Hall drafted by the Blue Jackets?

Hitchcock briefly coached the Jackets for a couple seasons, even though he was known for his best years were in Dallas winning the 1999 Cup. He also had time with Philadelphia, St. Louis, and Edmonton.

Nash, now an assistant to the general manager, was the first overall pick in 2002. A six time all star, Rocket winner, and two time gold medalist. He also played more than 1,000 NHL games in his career.

Despite not even sniffing a cup win after a Cup finals experience with the Rangers, he has a resume that could get him.
