According to TSN reporter Chris Johnston, there is reported trade interest by teams in the services of Columbus Blue Jackets' right handed defenseman Andrew Peeke.

The Parkside, Florida native had a career low -41 on the injury destroyed club this past season. He had 6 goals, a career high, and 7 assists for 13 points in 80 games.

Player Profile - Nikolai Makarov

Makarov is the 2021 5th round pick, 132nd overall out of Perm, Russia.

The KHL bound defender has been bouncing around the developmental teams of CSKA Moskva.

He has only played a handful of games with big club since 2020-2021.

Last season was his most productive in the CSKA system, but he did contribute to most of the main roster's postseason this season.

He could be a top four for Cleveland in his prime, or a bottom pair in Columbus; however, if he wants the most money, home may be his best bet for long term family sustainability.
