The Union Blue conclude their road trip tonight in Upper New York where they do battle with the Buffalo Sabers at 7pm.

Buffalo is coming into the game off a late loss to the Rangers last night, after blowing the game with 0.4 seconds remaining in regulation time, and having them fall under a 0.500 for the first time this season.

Columbus last played and lost two nights ago in Vegas in regulation, after blowing a 2-0 lead from the help of former Blue Jackets’ pick Keagan Kolesar.

The Sabers are continuing their rebuild. The last time these teams met was in the preseason, when Jack Eichel was still a member of Buffalo.

Buffalo is coming into tonight with their young pieces and league minimum contracts leading their way through the season.

For the lineups, Gregory Hoffman comes in for Justin Danforth, and Joonas Korpisalo is getting the start for the Jackets to give Elvis Merzlikins a day of rest before the holidays.
