Zegras for Poelhling, mid second this year, 4th next year.
Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of Zegras, but I do believe that Rick Tocchet could be just the coach to unlock his potential. I love when Briere does these kind of moves. There’s no doubt the talent is there.

And the other trade appears to be Jake Allen to the Flyers..veteran back up perfect person to have in this situation where they’re going to have a young starter. I love this combination. I’ve always thought the concept of your best goal is your starter your second best goalies in the AHL and your NHL back up is a supportive veteran..

Note, this deal has not yet been officially announced because Allen is a UFA. The flyers could trade for his rights and there were some questions whether or not that was happening today or not. Edmonton is also interested so it’s possible that they are trading for this rights. We’ll see.
