In the aftermath of last night's Maple Leafs loss of course you’re going to run into a lot of Saturday morning quarterbacks. One thing that seems certain, from talking to people today and text messages I received, is that despite probably being the best forward in the series for the Maple Leafs,
William Nylander is almost certain to be moved in the offseason. It’s just a matter of accounting and also an attempt to bring in some more on defense.
One of those names I have heard in Leaf circles preciously, and this morning, is Matthew Dumba. I have updated Dumba on the Rumor Chart twice today already…
On Jasper Bratt….
Bratt is a very good player due for a fine raise, but sources are telling me the Devils were extremely unhappy with his inability to raise his game in the playoffs. He could be moved.
On the NJ Devils Coaching….
Also hearing there is a very strong chance that Ruff is moved to anther position and Andrew Brunette will take over as the Devils new head coach…
