How the Projected Final Standings Changed Today:
The Panthers loss to Isles had two effects. The Bruins are once again the projected division champs, and also in the Projections. the Isles also moved to within four points of a playoff spot due to their win and the Flyers loss. The Flyers loss also moved them out of third in the metro and back to the final wildcard. The Caps are now projected in third.

Out west, the tops of the divisions tightened in the projections with Colorado only projected to top Dallas by one point and Vancouver's loss means theytoo are only projected to beat Edmonton by one point..
