As has bene rumored for a few months now, it is now official that Nashville will host the 2023 NHL Draft and the 2023 NHL Awards. The NHL Awards will take place June 27 with the Draft taking place June 28-29.

This will be an excellent spectacle to once again show off the great city that is Nashville that last hosted the draft back in the incredible draft year of 2003 where many future Hall of Famers first put on an NHL sweater.

After the incredible success that the 2016 NHL All-Star Game, 2017 Stanley Cup Finals, and 2019 NFL Draft brought, this will be a great event for the city once again.

I for one cannot wait! Hope to see many of you all able to make the trip and enjoy the scenery, Broadway, and a great summer conclusion to hockey. It's lined up to be, once again, a strong draft. Let the Bedard sweepstakes begin!
