Winners of four of their first six home games this season, the Dallas Stars (4-4-0) host the Anaheim Ducks (5-4-1) at the American Airlines Center on Thursday night. Game time at the American Airlines Center is 7:30 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on Fox Sports Southwest.

This is the second of three meetings between the teams this season and the second and final one in Dallas. On Oct. 13, the Stars earned a 5-3 win after trailing 3-0 in the second period. Overall, Dallas has won five straight games over Anaheim at the American Airlines Center.

Jim Montgomery's team enters this game coming off a 4-2 home win over the LA Kings on Tuesday night. The Stars built a 2-0 lead on goals by Blake Comeau (1st) and Jason Spezza (2nd) and never trailed at any point. John Klingberg (5th) and Tyler Pitlick (1st) rounded out the scoring. Ben Bishop made 31 saves on 33 shots to earn the win.

Alexander Radulov missed his second straight game in Tuesday's tilt. He is not expected to play against Anaheim, either. Montgomery shuffled some lineup combinations in the Kings game, and it paid off.

Anaheim will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak. The Ducks enter this game coming off a 3-1 road loss to the Chicago Blackhawks. Rickard Rakell tied the game at 1-1 in the second period and the match entered the third period deadlocked until Patrick Kane put Chicago ahead to stay and Brandon Saad added a 6-on-4 empty net shorthanded goal for his second tally of the game. John Gibson stoppped 36 of 38 shots and earned third-star honors in a losing cause.
