The Carolina Hurricanes announced today that they’ve signed forward Jack Drury to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Drury was selected by the Hurricanes with the 42nd overall pick in the 2018 NHL Draft. He spent this past season playing in Sweden’s highest professional league, where he scored an impressive 10 goals and 30 points in 41 SHL games.

While Drury could develop into a top-six forward, it’s likely that he’ll start the 2021-22 season in the AHL.
