If you are a Coyotes fan, today is your Stanley Cup Final.
The team has lost three in a row at the worst possible time.
The Devils are terrible. It's time to win. Or that is it.
Obviously the Coyotes can't win every game, and an OT loss wasn't so bad, and you can't blame them for losing to the Lightning. The Florida game though, they gotta win that.
Either way, no use crying over spilt juice. The Coyotes are in an absolute must win today, and they're gonna need some help too now.
They are one behind the Wild, and tied with the Avalanche. The Wild have seven games left, and the Coyotes have eight. So does Colorado.
Colorado will play Chicago today.
Minnesota will play Carolina.
This is good for the Coyotes, as they are the only team playing a team out of the playoffs.
Big boost for the Coyotes today in that Derek Stepan is back! (And we're celebrating with arguably the best song ever recorded in the history of music).
Stepan is one of their best players and he is really going to help the team. He looks to sub back in on a line with Archibald and Crouse (seriously, are we really talking about this team making the playoffs with this.....nevermind.....GO YOTES!!)
I know everyone is praising Tocchet because his back-up goalie caught fire, but is it really the best idea to start Crouse on line two and have Galchenyuk on the fourth line in the biggest game of the year?
