Halifax native and ECHL goaltender Ben Meisner is in the running for the toughest on-ice off-season practice regime.

He is currently the goaltender in net while Sidney Crosby, Nate McKinnon, and Matt Duchene bear down on him and showcase their world class skill.

Meisner gives a little insight on what it is like to face each player and breaks down the specific skills that make each on of them great.
