Isles Sale Done, MacArthur Signs With Sens; Russ Cohen On Buzzcast

The Ottawa Senators took care of one of their pending free agent problems today, signing winger Clarke MacArthur to a five-year, $23.25 Million contract.

MacArthur scored 24 goals and 31 assists with the Sens last season.

Ottawa will have a much tougher time trying to get Bobby Ryan to agree to a deal before he is free to explore free agency in 2015.

According to Newsday Charles Wang has agreed to sell the Islanders to Jonathan Ledecky and Scott Malkin. Ledecky formerly was part owner of the Washington Capitals.
