Central Scouting Releases Preliminary List |

It's that time of year folks, the scouts are hitting the pavement and gearing themselves up for another NHL Draft come June. Preliminary notes on respective players are being dusted off as teams begin to compile some names to really watch and target.

Some Notes
* I expect Ryan Kujanwinski to move from a "B" to an "A" real quick. We're talking 80+ point potential in the OHL as a six-foot-two center.
* Also watch out for Mitchell Dempsey of the Soo, who's listed as a "C" at the moment. He's a big boy who has some real skill. I got to see him with the Cambridge Winterhawks and saw some raw potential there, though I thought he should have gone back to Cambridge for another season.
* Another big forward to watch for is Stephen Harper. He's been put into some big situations already in Erie as they've had to, but as he adjusts to being heavily checked, he should really produce well.
* Three London Knights listed as "A" players... gonna be another good year for the Hunters.
