With the Oilers. Comes complexity. And undoubtedly. The 2nd best team in the entire NHL!

Many don't truly see behind closed doors. The Oilers organization, and its staff, are truly one of the top in the league. From the training facilities. To the new vibrant living options. The organization has done a phenomenal job at keeping its players feeling as comfortable as you possibly could be!

In the off-season. They have increased youth and speed. Shed much needed cap space. And have kept onto the core! This is very well anointed business, as trade deadlines are proving to be more effective in recent seasons then free agency. It seems the wheels are in motion here, and a plan is set in place! With the added additions, and minus the subtractions, the Oilers have roughly shed that $5 million cap space that would of put them over the cap. And they're in excellent position to continue to add throughout the year.

It's easy to get upset at what and what not may have been done this off season. Surely tho, piece by piece, the plan is continuing on with this core of players! This past Stanley Cup Finals proved you don't need phenomenal regular season results. The true contenders are building for deep runs. I for one. Am excited to always watch some of the best players in the world fortunately play on the team I dearly love..
