Key Games Today in Projected Standings..
Tamps @ Florida (projection: Tampa Regulation Win)
The Panthers are up against it as they have played some very tough games in a very short period of time, and Tampa is starting to gear up in their drive for the playoffs. Many of you have noted how the Bruins are projected to take the division by 2 points. If Florida were to win here, they would gain those two points in the projection and actually take over the first position projection based on wins.
Philly @Boston (projection :Boston Win Regulation) AND
Vancouver @ Washington (Projection Capitals Win Regulation)
Currently the Caps hold the last projected wildcard spot, just two points above the Flyers. The Flyers would take that spot today if either they can beat Boston or the Canucks beat Washington.
Wild @ Blues (projection Blues Reg Win) AND
Kings @ Stars (projection Stars Reg Win)
Currently the Buzztron has STL grabbing the final Wildcard in the West by 1 point over the Wild and the Kings. A Wild Win in Regulation would flip that projection. Any Kings Win and they too could jump up if the Blues were to lose in any way.
