UPDATE 10:50 AM ET

Unsurprisingly, Tyson Foerster did not participate in Tuesday's morning skate. Head coach John Tortorella said that Foerster (foot) is questionable for the game. However, based on the player sporting a walking boot after Saturday's game, it would seem unlikely that Foerster would be available to play just two nights later.

Flyers morning skate lines:

74 Owen Tippett - 14 Sean Couturier - 11 Travis Konecny
86 Joel Farabee - 48 Morgan Frost - 89 Cam Atkinson
44 Nic Deslauriers - 25 Ryan Poehling - 27 Noah Cates
62 Olle Lycksell - 21 Scott Laughton - 19 Garnet Hathaway

6 Travis Sanheim - 55 Rasmus Ristolainen
8 Cam York - 9 Jamie Drysdale
24 Nick Seeler - 26 Sean Walker
18 Marc Staal - 5 Egor Zamula

33 Samuel Ersson

Game 54 Preview: Flyers vs. Coyotes

The Philadelphia Flyers (28-19-6) will host the Arizona Coyotes (23-23-4) on Monday evening. Game time at Wells Fargo Center is 7:00 p.m. ET.

The Flyers enter this game coming off a 3-2 home victory against the Seattle Kraken on Saturday evening. Philadelphia has won each of the team's first three games since the NHL All-Star break. Arizona is 0-1-1 since the All-Star break. On Saturday, the Coyotes dropped a 5-4 road decision in overtime against the Nashville Predators. The Coyotes are winless in their last five games.

In Saturday's game against Seattle, rookie winger Tyson Foerster (52 games played, 10 goals, 11 assists, 16:54 TOI average) appeared to be hobbled by a shot he blocked off his foot. He was seen after the game sporting a walking boot. The Flyers had an off-day on Sunday. They'll hold a 10:30 a.m. morning skate in Voorhees on Monday. More will be known about Foerster's status thereafter. Olle Lycksell could re-enter the Flyers' lineup and Noah Cates (12:38 TOI in 10 games since returning from a broken foot) could reassume a bigger workload.

Ever since requesting a one-one-one meeting with head coach John Tortorella and advocating for himself after being scratched for the 11th time this season, Morgan Frost has taken his offensive game to another level. Since that time, Frost had led the team in scoring with 12 points (2g, 10a) over the last 13 games. He's used his feet effectively and shown both his ice vision and passing prowess on a more consistent basis.
