Just talked to a source who said that Arizona is opening up the bidding by dropping the price tag and therefore bringing in more teams…”It works on two levels. One is that he really hasn’t been the same now for almost two years and this is also an old auction technique that if you start lower and bring more to the table you can get the excitement going and eventually end up as high as you wanted…it not higher…“
