The New Jersey Devils (6-3-2) take on the New York Islanders (5-3-2) tonight at the Prudential Center in a Metropolitan Division showdown.

The Devils are coming off an impressive victory over the Florida Panthers last Tuesday. Two former Devils will be in the lineup tonight. Defenseman Andy Greene, who is playing his 999th career game, and forward Kyle Palmeiri, who was traded last season to the Islanders and later re-signed. And don’t forget….Zach Parise.

Expect the Islanders to play a more physical game. It is going to be youth vs. experience tonight.

My prediction: Devils speed will kill and Johnsson will continue his hot streak. 4-1 Devils
