Another defensive battle last night in the TB/NYI series with TB picking up a huge road win 2-1 and also taking a 2-1 series lead. It looks like JG Pageau is playing hurt, definitely looks like a hip flexor issue. Pageau missed the last 13 minutes of G2 and last night you can see the look of discomfort on his face. Let's see how the Islanders respond tomorrow night.
Tonight Montreal gets back on homeice in G3 of their Semi-Final against Vegas. Alex Tuch was moved up from the 3rd line LW spot to the 1st line center ice slot in their gameday morning skate. Which means Stephenson is probably out of the line up again tonight and that is another huge hit for the Knights not having in there on their top line. I expect another tight defensive battle as well, I can't imagine Vegas having another poor start like they did in G2.
Going under the total is still the way to go with under's hitting at a 37-29 clip so far! Home/road teams 37-32 so far during the playoffs.
