Like the annual return of the swallows to Capistrano, there are rumors once again that the Leafs may be quietly looking to bolster their goaltending position...and this year, the name that is making the rounds at least this morning is Jonathan Quick. Quick has lost some of his game, but the feeling among many NHL execs is Quick is still a gamer and in the playoffs could be a force.

The Winnipeg Jets are making a sudden push, but the Coyotes keep winning....Demers moving is still very much up in the air..
On Bobby Ryan...
Quite a few teams with interest, but the biggest of them appears to be Boston....along with Edmonton...Pittsburgh and the NY Islanders are also poking around...I expect there will be others. There is a better than 50/50 chance that Ryan returns to Detroit next year....
