Hope everyone is dealing with the COVID-19 virus pandemic and the lack of NHL play, along with all other sports, as well as possible.
Remember to wash your hands (mine are starting to get raw), practice social distancing and to follow any stay-at-home mandates in your area.
The Avalanche on Thursday released a statement saying they were advised that a player tested positive for the virus, has been at home in isolation since the first symptoms appeared, has recovered and is back to normal. They have notified anyone who has had known close contact with the player.

The team also announced on Thursday it has signed forward
T.J. Tynan to a one-year contract through the 2020-21 season.
Tynan, 28, has 47 points (five goals, 42 assists) in 42 games for the Colorado Eagles this season with one assist in 16 games with the Avalanche. He leads the Eagles in scoring, is second in the AHL in assists and was named to the 2020 AHL All-Star Classic.
