Expected today to be a little bit more active, but the reality is both Kreider and Pageau are the top of the food chain right now and both are showing a desire to stay pat where they are...so talks are ongoing...

There is some talk that the Islanders are also talking to Minny about Zach Parise...but that is preliminary and only from two sources not directly connected to Parise.
