Personally, I’m really looking forward to seeing how John Ludvig does. I’ve really liked his scouting report since he joined the Panthers organization and think he’s exactly what they’re looking for on the backend.
“The Panthers announced Tuesday that Amerant Bank will have its name on the team’s home arena going forward. The team only disclosed that it is a multi-year deal and did not reveal financial specifics, though president and CEO Matthew Caldwell pointed to the move as another big off-ice win for a team that is enjoying its best on-ice stretch.”
This is the fifth arena name change that has taken place since 1998.
The naming is a little too close to Amalie Arena if you ask me…
Center Ice Logo
Though it’s early in the week, the best news thus far has been the official reveal of the new center ice logo that will be used this season.
Utilizing elements of the beloved leaping cat, the 30th anniversary logo that will sit at center ice is a massive welcomed change for us folks who do not like the new logo.
Feels good to have some Cats history back — this looks sharp!
