apparently they said he is going to be the starter, #1 goalie so not sure if they are going to go after another goalie
its a bit of an overpayment but everyone knew tampa needed a goalie and there really arent many out there, schneider would have been too much as i dont see the nucks trading him unless the offer blew their minds and well no one is going to touch luongo |

This Kyle Wilson dude isn't that bad actually, after looking him up.
Averaged 60 points a season for three seasons with Hersey, 2 assists in 2 games with Washington. Had 24 points in 23 games with Springfield of the AHL, after he was demoted by CBJ with 4g and 7a in 32 games. 54 points in 68 games in the AHL last year....
As you examine the trade deeper, it isn't that bad of overpayment, still a lot of assets for unproven players. |
