Ribiero's one of those players that's pretty cocky when he has room to free-wheel. Not so much when he's getting hit. Hope the Canucks hit him early and often.

Ott won't fight any of the guys you listed Ian. He will try to get them to take a penalty against him, but odds are he won't go toe to toe with anyone.

Considering I'm going to the game tonight I certainly hope so. Either that or the beer will need to keep me entertained.

Agreed. We're probably running in 4th gear right now which is close enough that we'll be able to turn it up to 5th in Game 1. I like that some of the key members of our team are getting rest. Smart move to keep the body fresh.

Yes, in the last 4 games all our core players should each rotate out so that they're fresh, hopefully get Ballard one or two games before the playoffs start.

yeah, but you are predictable in that regard, just like Ian predicting a win... In the news and notes for tonight's game I think it said Luongo's GAA was 2.1 or something against Dallas? I'll say 3-2 Stars with the comeback victory in regulation.

No wonder he's playing. They put Schneider in against any team that Luongo has a losing record against or a GAA higher than 3.00. They also put Schneider in net against teams that have beaten Luongo in the post season.

Most of media talking heads thought Schneider would get this game because he has a better record against Dallas, and they would come back with Luongo tomorrow against Calgary, I wonder if Lu plays both ends of the back to back and all the way to post season?
