A-Rad just needs to down some 5-hour energy or do some PCP. He'll be alright...

A win in Pitt. would send a strong statement.

A win in Pittsburgh would be huge as we are now tied with Chicago. However, Pittsburgh is a really good team, and we can play really good and still lose. Pekka really needs to show up as he was really not played well over the last few games. The D in front of him as not played well either, and its not just one or two of them but really all of them, Josi coming back would be huge so that is hopefully going to be soon. I also think that once Gaustad and Wilson get back I would really like to see the top 3 lines Paul posted, and a 4th line of Smith-Spaling-Bourque/Tootoo. But really I would just like to see consistent lines from Trotz. All in all excited for tonights game, hopefully Radulov plays and we can get back to playing good, solid, winning, Predator hockey.

Pens broadcast to be picked up by the NHL Network....

we apologize in advance for our tv announcers......though keep in mind, they would have lost their jobs long ago if it were up to pens fans.

This is a must-win game, the race is getting a lot more tighter than it needs to be.

3-2 preds, Rads scores the game-winning goal in OT

What don't you like about them? I love our announcers. Honestly though, I don't think we'll get the feed from NHL Network. I think it'll be blacked out here and we'll get our normal feed from FSTN.

I'm conflicted. Part of me thinks that's about right. The other part of me says NO WAY Rinne allows himself to look bad again.

Preds haven't been playing very well since the ASG. I doubt they get well against one of the best teams in the league. Best I think we can hope for is a low scoring game where the Preds manage to take advantage of Pittsburgh mistakes. If it becomes run and gun the Preds will get blown out.

I will be interested to see how Trotz runs the lines out tonight - whether Radulov plays or not. I would expect Weber and Suter to see heavy minutes, and for the 3rd pair to see light minutes since Trotz doesn't have the luxury of last change to match up to Malkin & Crosby.

Malkin can't be taken off his game with physical pressure alone. There are some top guys in the west where that is the case. But not Malkin. They are gonna have to put a system game plan in place to slow him down. The D has been soft lately, but the pairings have been strange. Trotz has tried Gill with both Hillen & Ellis. And it's clear how much the Preds miss Josi. With Klein getting back up to speed, I hope to see more consistent defensive play across the lines tonight. If it's close, and Trotz shortens the bench...it might even be that Gill and Klein could roll out together for a few shifts. Why not?

My main concern right now is Rinne. He's been off his game. Seems like the inconsistency of the D in front of him, has him guessing, and misplaying some pucks and angles. Kinda crazy. He still makes a handful of great saves every game, but then, the softies get in. It's befuddling. I'm hoping a strong offense & a more consistent D will give him a boost for the playoffs. By the way...the playoffs have already begun! Every game is a must win (or at least must get points!). Might as well gear up boys!

They are biased so much so that it annoys penguin fans. If you do get that feed you will see what we are talking about.

Hope to get a chance to watch the game tonight because I don't get to see the predators play much. Radulov should give your offense a nice boost even tho you are in the top ten..ish? in scoring already.

It's all good - MUCH worse ones out there .

Hope we can pull out the win against a really good Pens team. Will always love Sully and really enjoy watching Malkin do his thing (except tonight please! heh).

This game will really test the reputations and levels of interest of Weber and Suter.
They will have to be huge for Nashville to have a chance.

I like the idea of pairing Klein and Gill and using the third pair sparingly at best.

Really? Can you see little R. Ellis up against Malkin or Staal? Get serious!

Some are touting this as a Stanley Cup Final Preview.
Prove it Preds!

Oh, and I know I am nearly alone on this, but I am not a fan of Pete "Is it ever" Weber's commentary.

HUGE game..with the additions that the preds have been making all year and now the addition of radulov, u have to cosider them to be one of the favorites in the west... and the pens fully healthy and running on all cylinders, this could be a SC preview hahaa... lets hope for a good clean game. Enjoy all

I'm looking forward to this game because I'm still a HUGE fan of Sully and don't believe we should have let him go. I've never heard his name mentioned specifically when the players having issues with Radulov were brought up. I've heard Arnott and Dumont though. I'm wondering if Poile's decision to allow him to leave was predicated on the possibility of Radulov returning.

Still wish Sully was on our 4th line though.

always liked the preds. i think your city is an underrated hockey market. it was refreshing to watch such a great crowd last year in the playoffs.

sullivan hasn't been an offensive threat but he has stayed healthy and helped us out on the PP.

best of luck tonight. 5-3 penguins.

Sully has been a very nice fit with the Pens. They are using him as a complementary player playing a second or 3rd line role, which is really what he is at this point in his career. He's been great on the point on the PP, although he's recently been bumped to the second unit by some guy named Crosby.

Always fun to see the Preds...is their their first time at Consol?

I don't really like the percentage of facing the LA Kings going up!

Rinne was not himself lay game. That breakaway goal looked
Like he was really snoozing.

I've said it before, but Coaching and team leadership need to step up and elevate the team NOW!
