Myers did the Habs a favor knocking Gomez out of the lineup. Now they can actually put someone in his spot with with talent/potential instead of having him waste a roster space

As a Habs fan, I have to agree 100%, Montreal exacting revenge ? yeah like they did to Chara. If anything maybe they'll ask that TM be arrested.

I don't think we have much of a chance, no matter who we play. Almost none of the games we've won this year have been playoff style wins. Would you guys rather play Boston or Pittsburgh in the first round if you had the choice between the two?

I'd rather have Boston at this point, because they've been slowing down, and I've actually heard there's some locker room issues going on with them.

I think Pittsburgh plays for the cup in the East, barring another injury to Crosby.

EDIT: actually I think they win the East regardless of what happens to Sid.

Very True... now had it been Cole or Pacioretty... or any skilled player... there may be some retribution sought by White or a goon call-up (if we have one). But Gomez... meh... only gonna play 9 more games withhe Habs anyways... I hope!

He went the college route, so I'm guessing that's the reason he's older than most prospects. Still, he's at the end of his ELC this year (age 25), so this is probably the make or break chance for him to either perform or GTFO of the system. I just hope he doesn't make any dumbass mistakes.
