i personally don't think that it really matters who philly gets in the first round, fact of the matter is regardless of how strong the other team is or how weak there are a couple factors that will play into it, Bryz has to keep his stellar play going, if not he has to be better then what he has been, to combat through the playoffs, danny briere has to show up, we need to see the danny that we saw last year and the year before it's everyone talks about how he may dissapear in the regualr season but he is alwayes hot in the playoff, well it's time to shine danny boy prove that your worth your huge cap hit. Right now our D is hurting mezareos and kimmo have to get healthy and eat big minutes if they are going to go deep, personally it don't matter who they get, they have to play their game if they are on top of things they should be one of the best teams in the playoffs>

Oh and the Rangers falling to 4th? Really Tim? Currently they have an 8% chance of doing that, versus an 87% chance of being the 1 seed. The far-and-away likely scenario (based on the percentages) is the Yinzers in 4th and us in 5th with the Devils in 6th playing the Panthers.

The Rangers were due for a little angst. But I think this just makes them more dangerous. If they hit a little pothole and are reminded that there are no guarantees, they can rally and bear down for the end game.
