9 points behind is a lot at this time of the year. Take it easy.

i agree, there is no way in hell we take the division, to this day its still looking really tough that we even make the playoffs, but if we make the playoffs, lookout, the cinderella story is gonna happen!

They are a Fowler post and a bad call by Toronto from 2 extra points. F@*king Garon always has the Ducks number. Goes from a great game against Anaheim to getting pulled in the next.
There's still some work left but at least the finish of the season will be interesting.

Screw that sentimental crap. IF Selanne goes anywhere it'll be to the Wings, Sharks, or the Canucks.
But he ain't going anywhere.

why help another california team win the cup, i like that the ducks organization is the only team in cali to have ever won the cup, and i want to keep it that way, no selanne to san jose, send him anywhere else but san jose or the kings...

on second thought, why send him packing? hahaha he is our best producer lmao

Like I said, he ain't going anywhere. But if the Ducks could get Doug Murray or Joe Pavelski for Teemu...you'd have to consider it.

If you count aggressive as going to the net and firing a backhand into the goalie's pads and then falling to the ice, than yes. The guy does not fit with the twins at all.

So the ducks play well when he's in the lineup. Doesn't mean that he does anything on the first line.

I've been here since Steve's first ducks blog. I'm sorry that I have a different take on the team than you. I'm pretty much speechless to your accusation. That's as low of a blow that you could possibly say to me.

Now about blake. I will not argue with you that the ducks are much better with him in the lineup. For some strange reason that is the case. But the guy seriously does not bring anything to the first line. Sure he is quick but it just isn't working for him. Hagman is a player very similar to blake and can actually play. If you want to see aggressive, than look at how he plays. However, in my opinion we need a different type of player on the first line. DSP fits that bill. The guy loves to be tenacious and would compliment the twins extremely well. They need someone on their line that isn't afraid to forecheck and go to the net (while being effective and staying on their feet). In other words, we need the old penner back.
