Now, if it’s the same officials that called the Isles vs. Leafs game a little while ago, they may not get a chance to use any of them, but we’ll see.

if its the same refs the sens had the past 6 games the refs will win it for the isles no problem.

Making excuses before the game even starts.

Wow, I know the Sens have been slipping back into what everyone thought they would be, but blaming it on the stripes is poor..

Go kick some ass tonight Isles.

I predict, JT with another great night, boy is turning into a man. Hammy as well.

4-2 Isles..

The thing is this game (in my opinion anyways) is almost a must win for the Sens.

We've hit a terrible slide and we need to claw our way back out. They had possibly the worst game of the year when they showed up and fell flat on their faces against the Kings (which is probably one of the worst overall games I have seen them play in a couple years) and then glided into the all star game weekend. After that, they lost to aa Bruins team they just couldn't hold off after jumping out to a 3-1 lead.

I think they're going to be hungry and I think they are going to be on the offensive right away. Looking forward to this one kids... I always enjoy watching Tavares but for tonight at least, I hope to enjoy him and his mates go pointless.

Enjoy the game folks... should be fun.

Dee stop with the officials already those games are in the past. As for tonight I am going to say Nabby is in net. Jt will grab a point but the Islanders lose (like they always do to Ottawa) 5 - 2. Alfredson will have 3 points and Foligno will have a couple why cause they are on my fantasy team and if we are going to lose I hope those guys have big nights.

As an Islander fan though I hope they do win cause it will be huge in our quest of 500 with Buffalo Saturday we can do this. Go Isles and if not Go Alfredson and Foligno

Dude, if you don't like the blogs, write your own or shove it up your *ss. Have no idea why people have to hate on other people like this. If she didn't write a blog, who would be doing it? You? lol. No one forces you to read these, so move on

This is a game the Isles have to win... actually they need to win both of these games. That said... whenever that is the case they lose and everyone on here loses their friggin mind.

Detroit lost Jimmy Howard for a couple of weeks, I would expect Nabakov to Wings rumors to get heavy.

I thought we were keeping Nabby now and shipping Al. If that is truly the case then Al will play tonight to showcase him...

For what its worth. On the NHL network this morning Barry Melrose said that the Isles are very likely to move Nabby by the Trade deadline. He pointed out that PO teams are interested in acquiring goalie help and how the Veteran Nabby has gotten his game together and is posting very respectable SV % and GAA numbers.

With Howard lost for a couple of weeks. Nabbys price may have just risen!

He'll only miss 3 or so games. It isn't a big deal.
